2 years experience in condominium property management minimum
Registered Condominium Manager certification achieved or currently enrolled
High customer service standards and a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution, and people management skills

This position’s main purpose is in the assistance of planning, controlling, reporting and measuring the information and assets of the clients of The Meritus Group. The Accounting Manager produces and analyzes financial information critical to their clients as well as creates and presents reports to the Board of Directors regarding accounting data to enable knowledge-based decision-making and forecasts.
- 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail

- Organizational Skills
The Property Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Property Manager. They are responsible for minute-taking during confidential meetings, issuing purchase orders, and scheduling appointments concerning repair and maintenance. They will be expected to assist the Property Manager with any administrative duties such as correspondence and/or report typing, respond to emergency calls when Property Manager is out of the office, faxing and/or photocopying, preparing Board packages, notice preparation for owner’s meetings and administrative responsibilities at owners’ meetings required by the Condominium Act.
- 2 years of direct work experience in a Property Administrator capacity or equivalent administrative experience with knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, budget management, reports, etc…
- Meticulous records maintenance skills
- Strong verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the executive team
